WHAT'S PORTABL'S WARRANTY?
For questions and troubleshooting assistance for your Portabl device, visit our FAQ or contact our customer service. Your Slide is guaranteed for two years (24 months). If your device is found to be defective within the warranty period, it may be eligible for replacement. For our warranty terms and conditions, see our Return Policy and Warranty.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PORTABL DEVICE?
For countries that have products available through the Portabl.com store, purchases are covered by our return policy. To view the return policy for your region, see our Return Policy and Warranty. At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you purchased your Portabl device or accessory elsewhere, contact the retailer to find out the return policy.
To initiate a return for a purchase made from Portabl.com, please contact our Customer Support for help.
Important : A return authorization is required for any exchange or return. Any product shipped to us without a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) will be returned to the sender address. Once you obtain a return authorization, we will provide you with all info related to shipping label. You are responsible to securely pack the product and all the original contents.
WHAT IS THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?
Right of Withdrawal (EU residents): You have the statutory right to request cancellation of your order without giving any reason within 14 days of the date you receive the purchased items in its original condition. A refund for the amount paid by you for the purchase of your Slide excluding shipping fees will be provided after your withdrawal request to the payment method used for the purchase, unless you have requested customization. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired, once received your Slide. You must also return the goods to the address above no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your withdrawal request, as long as it is in its original, unused packaging and can be shipped to someone else without the slightest trace of use. Portabl may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back and that we have confirmed that its condition is perfect (the goods must be in its original condition). The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

BY USING YOUR PORTABL HARDWARE PRODUCT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THE Portabl TWO (2) YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY ("WARRANTY") AS SET OUT BELOW. DO NOT USE YOUR PRODUCT UNTIL YOU HAVE READ THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY, WATCHED THE GET STARTED VIDEO AND REGISTERED YOUR WARRANTY ON WARRANTY.PORTABL.COM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THE WARRANTY, DO NOT USE THE PRODUCT AND RETURN IT WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH PORTABL’S RETURN POLICY.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS. YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER LEGAL RIGHTS THAT VARY BY STATE, COUNTRY, OR PROVINCE. THE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. FOR A FULL DESCRIPTION OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS YOU SHOULD REFER TO THE LAWS APPLICABLE IN YOUR STATE, COUNTRY, OR PROVINCE.
Portabl’s warranty obligations for this hardware Product are limited to the terms set forth below:
Portabl warrants this device and accessories contained in the original packaging against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Portabl’s technical specifications and user manual for a period of TWO (2) YEARS from the date of original purchase by the end-user or purchaser.
If during this warranty period a defect arises and you submit a valid claim to Portabl and follow the instructions for returning the Product, we will, at our option, either (i) repair the Product using either new or refurbished parts, (ii) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product, or (iii) refund the purchase price of the Product. A replacement Product assumes the remaining warranty period of the original Product, whichever provides normal coverage for you. When a Product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Portabl’s property. When a refund is given, the Product for which the refund is provided must be returned to Portabl priorly, after a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") issued by our customer service and becomes Portabl’s property.
To obtain warranty service for any Product that is subject to the foregoing warranty, the consumer must notify Portabl to obtain a Return Material Authorization ("RMA") and return the defective Product together with proof of purchase to the address specified by Portabl in connection with the RMA.
This Limited Warranty applies only to hardware Products manufactured by or for Portabl that can be identified by the "Portabl" trade name, or logo affixed to them. This warranty does not apply: (i) to consumable parts, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship of the Portabl Product itself; (ii) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (iii) defects or damage caused by misuse, accident (including, without limitation, collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, installation, testing, or improper storage; (iv) to damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Portabl; (v) to damage caused by use with non-Portabl products; (vi) to damage caused by improper handling by the end user; (vii) to damage caused by tobacco smoke. This Limited Warranty does not apply to any software, even if packaged or sold with Portabl hardware. Portabl does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
This warranty applies only to Portabl products purchased by end users from Portabl and its authorized resellers. This warranty is void for purchases made from any other reseller, and Portabl offers no warranty for such purchases.
Portabl will use reasonable commercial efforts to deliver the Products as described. Portabl is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the Product’s use, described in the user manual or in the getting started video available on the warranty portal.
Consumers in some jurisdictions may have legal rights under applicable national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods, including, without limitation any national laws. These rights are not affected by the warranties in this Limited Warranty.
